Monthly payment stages
What happens during and after a Rental Plan promotion?
A promotional monthly amount normally applies only for its stated introductory period. After that period, payment continues at the model's regular monthly Rental Plan rate for the remaining agreed tenure.

Check the contract before registration
Use the agreement for your selected model and package rather than assuming every offer has the same terms. Ask Sales to confirm:
- Agreement length: the minimum commitment, start date and number of monthly payments.
- Amount due upfront: any advance, deposit or fee, and whether it is credited later or refundable.
- Moving home: the relocation process, installation suitability at the new address and any applicable charges.
- Ending early: the cancellation process and any remaining payments or charges.
- End of term: whether ownership transfers, the unit is returned or another arrangement applies.
