Once delivery or installation has been arranged or completed, normal cancellation and return are not accepted.

Delivery and installation timing

Delivery and installation arrangement is usually estimated at 4-13 business days after product confirmation, subject to location, product availability and appointment schedule.

Before installation

Please check and confirm the product model, colour, plan and installation area before installation starts. Ask sales if any detail is unclear.

After delivery or installation

Once delivery or installation has been arranged or completed, normal order cancellation and return are not accepted because the product and installation appointment have already been processed.

Refund questions
