Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy provides a clear and simplified overview of how warranty coverage works for CUCKOO products purchased through this website. All warranty services follow CUCKOO International (MAL) Berhad’s official procedures. Warranty assessments, repairs, and replacements are handled solely by CUCKOO Corporate, and Sales Representatives do not perform or approve technical work. Warranty activates automatically based on each product’s serial number from the shipment date recorded in CUCKOO’s system, and technicians will verify this during installation.

All CUCKOO products include at least one year of warranty. Customers under a Rental Plan or GOOODPLAN™ receive full coverage throughout the entire contract period, which may include repairs, part replacements, and service visits for issues caused by manufacturing or technical faults. Warranty is valid only within Malaysia and must be serviced by authorised CUCKOO Technicians. Products under Rental Plans, GOOODPLAN™, or eligible Outright Plans also receive scheduled servicing such as cleaning, filter replacement, safety checks, and performance testing as determined by CUCKOO.

Warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, negligence, power surges, unauthorised repairs, environmental exposure, or cosmetic wear. Consumable items or accessories not included in the service plan may also be excluded. Warranty may become void if the product is dismantled, tampered with, relocated without CUCKOO assistance, or installed outside CUCKOO’s service standards. Rental customers enjoy continuous warranty protection for the entire rental period, while outright customers follow the standard warranty duration; repairs after expiry may incur charges unless covered by an active service plan.

If you relocate, the product must be moved only by authorised CUCKOO Technicians to avoid voiding warranty coverage. All warranty requests must be submitted via CUCKOO’s official support channels, and customers may be asked to provide the model number, serial number, and issue details. A technician will assess the product to determine warranty eligibility—covered issues will be repaired or replaced at no cost, while excluded issues may require paid services. Warranty claims do not guarantee immediate replacement, as availability depends on CUCKOO’s evaluation and stock levels.
