These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any CUCKOO product purchases made through it. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to the terms described below. This website is operated by a CUCKOO Sales Representative for the purpose of providing product information and sales assistance. All product approvals, technician assignments, installation, servicing, warranty activation, and billing are handled exclusively by CUCKOO International (MAL) Berhad.

Information on this website is provided in good faith and may be updated at any time. Users must not misuse the website or disrupt its operation, and must be at least 18 years old to place an order. To submit an order, you must provide accurate personal details, required documents (for rental plans), and a valid Malaysian mobile number. CUCKOO may decline or cancel any order with incomplete or incorrect information.

Rental plan applications require document submission, verification by CUCKOO Admin, and acceptance of CUCKOO’s rental contract terms. The rental contract only becomes active once installation is successfully completed. For outright purchases, payment must be made using accepted methods, and warranty begins from the product’s shipment date once installation is confirmed.

Prices and promotions shown on this website may be updated at any time. CUCKOO may revise or cancel an order if pricing errors occur. Installation is arranged only after CUCKOO Admin approves the order, and all installation work is carried out solely by certified CUCKOO Technicians according to CUCKOO’s official policies.

Warranty coverage, servicing schedules, and maintenance responsibilities depend on whether the product is purchased outright, through a rental plan, or under a GOOODPLAN™ subscription. All technical assessments, repairs, and servicing must be performed by authorised CUCKOO personnel. Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations must follow CUCKOO’s official policies, and customers should report any issues promptly.

While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all content is always up to date or free from error. Product specifications, features, and promotions may vary due to manufacturing updates or regional differences. We are not responsible for losses or issues resulting from installation delays, outdated information, incorrect customer details, system errors, or corporate-level changes made by CUCKOO.

All CUCKOO trademarks, logos, product names, and marketing materials belong to CUCKOO International (MAL) Berhad. Website layout and written content are owned or licensed by the website operator.
