This Shipping Policy explains how CUCKOO product deliveries and installations are handled for orders placed through this website. After you submit your order, a CUCKOO Sales Representative will contact you via WhatsApp to reconfirm your details, share the application form, and collect any required verification documents. Delivery and installation can only be arranged once CUCKOO Admin approves your application. All deliveries and installations are managed by CUCKOO’s official logistics and technician teams.

Products are shipped from CUCKOO warehouses across Malaysia, operating Monday to Saturday. CUCKOO provides nationwide delivery throughout West Malaysia and East Malaysia. International shipping is not available. Orders are typically processed within two to four business days, and installation scheduling begins only after the application is approved.

Once approved, a CUCKOO Technician will contact you to schedule delivery and installation. Most installations take place within two to six business days, depending on your location and technician availability. All CUCKOO products include free delivery and professional installation. Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, although timing may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to operational delays.

All prices listed on this website include applicable charges, and nationwide shipping is free. Payments and product prices are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You may cancel your order at any time before delivery or installation begins. If the product arrives damaged or defective, inform the CUCKOO Technician immediately—CUCKOO Support will manage all replacement or defect-related cases.

Customers may update their delivery address before installation, with scheduling adjusted based on technician availability in the new area. Technicians will attempt delivery up to three times; delays may occur if address details are incomplete or incorrect. External factors such as weather, public holidays, or high order volumes may also affect delivery timelines.
