This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed for CUCKOO products purchased through this website operated by a CUCKOO Sales Representative. All payments are handled through CUCKOO International (MAL) Berhad using CUCKOO’s official secure systems. Installation, billing, contract activation, and after-sales support are managed entirely by CUCKOO Corporate.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For rental plans, customers must use a Malaysia-issued debit or credit card, as prepaid cards are not accepted. The rental contract becomes active only after successful installation. For outright purchases, payment methods may include online bank transfer, debit or credit card, or Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected products. In-store payment or pickup is not available, as all orders are delivered and installed by authorised CUCKOO Technicians.
Payments are processed through CUCKOO’s secure platform in compliance with Malaysia’s PDPA requirements. Customers should only make payments through official CUCKOO channels and never to personal or unofficial accounts. COD is available for certain outright products, but cashless methods are recommended for faster and smoother processing.
Once payment is confirmed, CUCKOO Admin will verify your order and proceed with technician scheduling for delivery and installation. If a payment fails, the order will be placed on hold until a successful transaction is made. Customers should ensure their bank card supports online and recurring payments.
Refunds, if approved, are processed exclusively by CUCKOO Corporate and issued through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on CUCKOO’s internal workflow. This Payment Policy may be updated periodically, and the most recent version will always appear with the updated date above.
