Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for CUCKOO orders made through this website. All cancellations follow CUCKOO’s official corporate procedures. You may cancel your order anytime before delivery or installation begins. If your application is still under CUCKOO Admin review, cancellation is free and no charges will apply. If your order has already been approved but installation has not taken place yet, you may still cancel, and any advance payment—if applicable—will be refunded through CUCKOO’s standard refund process.

If a technician appointment has been scheduled, cancellation is still possible before the technician arrives. However, CUCKOO may require confirmation to ensure the request is intentional. Once a CUCKOO Technician arrives at your location, the order is considered in progress, and cancellation at this stage may not be accepted. Final approval for such cases is determined solely by CUCKOO Corporate.

For rental plans, once installation is completed, the rental contract becomes active and cancellation is no longer allowed. Ending the contract early will require paying a termination fee based on the remaining months. Customers may also request to transfer the contract to another person, subject to CUCKOO’s approval. For outright purchases, cancellation is allowed only before delivery. Once the product has been delivered, opened, or installed, the sale becomes final.

CUCKOO may automatically cancel an order if verification fails, if information provided is incomplete or invalid, if the installation site is unsafe, if stock is unavailable, or for fraud-prevention reasons. Any payments collected will be refunded according to CUCKOO’s internal refund procedures. Refunds for approved cancellations typically take 14–30 business days and follow the original payment method.

Customers may request cancellation or rental termination through CUCKOO’s official support channels. Your Sales Representative may assist in reporting, but all approvals are made by CUCKOO Corporate. This Cancellation Policy may be updated periodically, and the latest version will always be published with the updated date above.
